1. Corner solutions
Corner solutions are becoming increasingly popular, and, to our great surprise, people are asking for them in both small and larger kitchens. Don’t leave your corners empty either! When designing this kitchen unit, we really did make the most of every square centimetre.
2. Vertical, pull-out shelves
We can also use vertical, narrow spaces for storage. These pull-out shelves are ideal for storing smaller, taller items, such as spices, cooking utensils or even certain ingredients, organised separately.
A similar design to the previous one, but in a lower version. When designing these drawers, particular care must be taken to ensure that they are easy to pull out and durable.
3. Separate waste collection in the modern kitchen
Fortunately, most households already sort their rubbish. You do that too, don’t you? For many people, this presents a logistical problem, but there are already countless solutions available. These bins, hidden away under the sink, aren’t just attractive, they’re also extremely practical, easy to move around and simple to clean.
4. Perfect wall solutions
If we have the option of designing a kitchen worktop with greater depth, we can gain additional storage space in the area behind the kitchen worktop. Here are two excellent examples of this.
On the kitchen splashback, as well as cupboards, you can use smaller shelves, hanging rails with hooks, and a magnetic strip for spice jars or knives. A neat, practical solution.
5. The versatile kitchen island
A kitchen island offers countless benefits, but even if we just consider its storage function, it is incredibly versatile. We’re now going to show you a non-traditional solution.
