2. WE’LL DISCUSS EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR FURNITURE IN OUR SHOWROOM

3. WE’LL DESIGN YOUR FUTURE FURNITURE FOR YOU
In a 3D visualisation we’ll show you a model of your future piece of furniture, we draw up the mechanical engineering plans On this basis, both the electrical and mechanical contractors will be able to precisely carry out the necessary installations and connections. If you are satisfied with our proposal and accept it, the order will be placed and we will begin the process of drawing up the contract.
4. We carry out a detailed survey of the site
We measure all the dimensions of the room and the position of the mechanical installations; at this stage, we tailor the quotation to the specific dimensions.
5. ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT
We will draw up the contract, which can be signed either in person at our showroom or online.
6. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Please transfer 50% of the total cost of the furniture you have ordered to our bank account within 3 days, or pay in cash at our showroom. We do not accept credit card payments, primarily because credit limits are frequently exceeded, so this method of payment is not the most practical!!
7. WE MANUFACTURE YOUR FURNITURE USING OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
The high quality of our work is ensured by precise production preparation, the careful selection of raw materials, the use of state-of-the-art technology during production, and our decades of experience.
8. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Once the furniture has been manufactured, we will notify you of the delivery date and, at the same time, send you an invoice for the remaining 50 %.
9. DELIVERY
We will deliver the furniture items, the accessories ordered and the appliances at the agreed time. We will unpack everything on site, the We’ll collect the rubbish. That way, our fitters only have to focus on the installation the next day.
10. ON-SITE INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Our fitters will install your furniture at the pre-arranged time. Once the installation is complete, you or your representative will need to be present so that they can confirm that the work has been carried out.

We provide a 10-year guarantee on our products, comprising a 3-year comprehensive guarantee and 7 years’ product liability. Our staff will hand over the guarantee certificates for furniture, accessories and appliances to you on the day of delivery.
