A marriage of modern elegance and classic style
This kitchen is characterised by a harmonious blend of classic and modern elements. The rich detailing and clean-lined surfaces create a unique and sophisticated atmosphere.
The L-shaped kitchen is complemented by a kitchen island, which not only provides extra worktop space but also additional storage capacity, complementing the closed kitchen cupboards. Our client wanted as much storage as possible, so we doubled the number of wall units.
We also made a chest of drawers in the same style as the kitchen, which further enhances the harmony of the entire interior.
COMPACT ELEGANCE in a one-bedroom flat
We were entrusted with the entire interior design of this flat, and we should add that we were working to a rather tight budget. This is absolutely not apparent, however; the end result is beautiful and uncluttered. We endeavoured to make the most of the space, so we complemented the L-shaped kitchen units with a small kitchen island. In the bedroom, too, we maximised storage options with a practical bed featuring built-in bedding storage and a wardrobe reaching up to the ceiling. The hall furniture is simple yet practical, and blends in perfectly with the rest of the flat. Our client was very pleased with the interior, and despite the budget constraints, we didn’t have to compromise on Mobilan’s usual high standards.
Modern luxury in an Airbnb property
At our client’s request, we have created a modern, elegant interior design in which shades of grey predominate. The marble-effect splashback and table harmoniously link the dining area with the kitchen. The monochrome kitchen units feature push-open handles and built-in appliances, creating perfect harmony. The fronts of the hall furniture and kitchen units are identical, giving the flat a sense of unity. The interior is pleasantly spacious and light, crafted from high-quality materials. Naturally, we have used only the finest materials throughout, ensuring that this furniture will retain its beauty in the long term, even under heavy use.
The timeless charm of white and natural colours
The combination of white and natural colours makes the space appear larger and brighter. It creates a truly welcoming atmosphere in our home, which is particularly important in open-plan kitchens. We recommended closed kitchen cupboards to our client, as this gives the entire interior a cleaner look and makes it much easier to keep things tidy. With this much storage space, there’s no chance that any of our kitchen utensils won’t fit. We also made the hall furniture, which fits in beautifully with the hall; we used the same colour scheme throughout both rooms, creating a sense of complete harmony throughout the flat.
Luxury
Our client requested a sophisticated piece of furniture, crafted with attention to every tiny detail, for their living room with an open-plan kitchen. The result is almost breathtaking!
To prevent the kitchen from looking too big, we divided it into an inner and an outer section. For the inner section, we designed shallower units in a matt pearl grey, which we surrounded with high-gloss, painted white cupboards.
The quartz worktop and island, the Grey Metal glass splashback and the mirror built into the side of the island all enhance the brightness.
Understated
It works really well in practice if the lower units can be opened using a handle, whilst the doors on the upper units are push-to-open.
The LED light recessed into the furniture panel highlights the fabric-effect wall cladding and the white BLANCO sink.
A kitchen on the shores of Lake Balaton
We designed this kitchen for a repeat customer’s holiday home. The laminated worktops give the space a modern look, whilst the minimalist design makes the kitchen feel more spacious and tidier. The compact layout and practical, closed storage units allow for efficient working, even during longer stays. Accessories such as the Lacobel glass splashback and the sink are not only beautiful but also make everyday life in the kitchen easier.
The end result is simple yet beautiful and sophisticated; this kitchen is sure to provide joyful and inspiring culinary experiences for many years to come.
Mini kitchen
We designed this kitchen for an elderly lady. Its compact size is no problem for her, as everything is within easy reach. She can easily move from one stage of the cooking process to the next. The space above the built-in oven is also practical; it can be used for storage or to place food that has just been taken out of the oven.
Chinese red
The red doors clearly define the character of the kitchen. The kitchen island stands out well in the spacious interior, and the room is also ideal for hosting gatherings.
Another focal point is the extractor hood above the island, where the lighting plays a key role. This is further emphasised by the glass frame.
Mobilan Simple Collection
Our collection has been designed for first-time buyers. Our kitchens are built from practical elements that meet every need, featuring inspiring use of materials and colour schemes. Simple, compact and creative solutions at an affordable price, complete with built-in appliances.
Modern and trendy
The young couple’s kitchen has an airy feel thanks to the large white surfaces and the glass panel behind the hob.
We have fitted a push-open side table at the end of the worktop, which can be used to extend the work surface next to the hob.
One of the residents’ favourites is the light from the spotlights built into the extractor fan.
Freshness in 4 square metres
What can we create in a 2×2-metre room? A fully equipped, fully functional kitchen. We’ve made the space appear more spacious using light colours and LED lighting. At our client’s request, we have created a simple shelving unit above the worktop so that the ingredients most frequently used for cooking are always to hand.
Masculine harmonies
This kitchen is characterised by its bold lines. The Hamilton oak and the black doors with a woodgrain finish complement each other perfectly. The details are also worth a look: we’ve painted the handles and plinth black; we’ve designed a floor-to-ceiling wine rack next to the built-in fridge; and we’ve used concealed handles on the wall units to make the oak stand out even more.
Classic and spacious
This kitchen offers plenty of storage space. Although we lose some of the worktop space on the longer wall due to a pillar, this is compensated for by the long worktop along the shorter wall.
As this is a large, well-lit kitchen, we can confidently opt for darker shades. In this case, we chose the Aida walnut finish.
In a cosy atmosphere
Our client requested a kitchen in which the units would not overwhelm the living room furniture, but would instead provide a cosy backdrop. We achieved this effect with the Aida walnut splashback, which exudes warmth, and the understated acrylic doors.
Understated elegance
The bright and spacious room is the perfect starting point. In the design, we have emphasised the light with high-gloss acrylic fronts, stainless steel appliances, and a worktop and splashback made of quartz. Yet the overall look is not overly glitzy; the Natúr Pacific Walnut bar counter provides the perfect balance.
Plenty of light
In this kitchen, we turned a technical challenge into an advantage. The ventilation outlet was located on the opposite wall, some distance from the planned position of the extractor hood. We installed a suspended ceiling, fitting LED spotlights alongside the extractor vent. When the lights are switched on, the light reflecting off the white cupboard doors makes this kitchen truly spectacular.
Classic cuisine
The spacious kitchen offers plenty of storage space. One of the challenges in the design was the pillar situated in the middle of the longer wall. We solved this with an open shelving unit, which stands out from the light-coloured cabinet fronts thanks to its dark colour.
The hall furniture was also made by Mobilan, in a colour scheme that matches the kitchen.
Compact
Although space was limited, we managed to fit a built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge into the kitchen. Thanks to the built-in units extending right up to the ceiling, our client didn’t have to compromise on storage space either.
We used a gola profile to open the wood-effect upper units, so that the fronts of the cupboards almost blend together to form a beautiful, seamless surface.
Understated
The white and grey colour scheme, the Lacobel glass back panel and the concealed handles fitted to the edges of the doors create an elegant, minimalist overall impression.
The layout is complemented by practical storage compartments fitted beneath the dining counter.
Harmonising spaces
It was important to our client that all the furniture in the flat should have a harmonious look. As well as the kitchen, Mobilan also supplied the furniture for the living room, the hall and the bedroom.
The same colours and materials feature in every room, and the matching handles further enhance the sense of harmony.
Ray of Light
In this kitchen, we had to design this recess in such a way that it would let light in whilst providing adequate storage for all our kitchen utensils. The brightness is enhanced by the (Grigio) pale grey front, whose glossy surface naturally brightens up the kitchen, just like the white tiles, which not only enliven the clean lines with their exciting pattern but also flood our kitchen with light. Another important consideration in the kitchen design was to ensure that placing various utensils on the worktop did not disrupt this favourable effect, so the generous and spacious storage units help ensure everything has its own place, whilst the kitchen retains its airy feel
The effect of texture
The warmth conveyed by the wood draws our eyes much more effectively when the space is defined by various shades of white and grey alongside it, which perhaps even serves to enhance the material’s organic power. Of course, all this only works so harmoniously if we play with the shades and textures of grey as we have done in this kitchen; the pattern running along the walls and the various metal surfaces complete the picture. Just a few fridge magnets, and anyone can make it their own!
Understated and modern
In keeping with modern trends, Mobilan manufactures its worktops and fronts using the highest-quality materials, whilst offering a range of colours and finishes that complement homes of various styles. On the fronts, pale yet warm colours create a cosy atmosphere in the kitchen, whilst the technical infrastructure hidden behind the fittings and surfaces utilises the very latest technical solutions.
Cosy and stylish
With this kitchen furniture, we explored the idea of what elements we could use – instead of bold, eye-catching colours – to make our kitchen both cosy and modern. This really brings out the elegant shapes and accessories – from designer taps to unique light fittings – and really highlights the high quality of the cabinet fronts. It’s modern because designers and clients have access to every option currently available in interior design. Modern kitchen furniture, because everyone can boldly dream of incorporating all this into their future or refurbished home!
Clarity, with a little twist
In this flat, too, light was the primary consideration, so white fronts featured in all the key areas of the flat; however, we knew we needed to add a twist to the kitchen, which is how the composition blending pale wood tones with white and metallic edging came about – a design in which the stainless steel surfaces of the kitchen appliances also look great. Thanks to the high-quality materials used, Mobilan’s customers need not be afraid of the colour white, as the latest surface treatment technology ensures the colour remains as immaculate as freshly fallen snow.
4-in-1: Kitchen, living room, wardrobe, bedroom
To ensure that the white and wooden surfaces really come together harmoniously in the interior, the Mobilan didn’t just undertake the design and manufacture of the kitchen furniture for this project; we also worked with the future residents to design the furniture for the living room, the wardrobe and the bedroom. We feel that not only the collaborative work and planning, but also the end result turned out to be truly harmonious, demonstrating just how much the large white surfaces of the furniture can make our home feel more spacious when the right materials and design are used.
