Kitchens with a large floor area are quite rare on the Hungarian property market, so we have to make do with getting the most out of the space we have. But what should we look out for if we don\u2019t have much space but still want a modern kitchen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009b77;\">#1. Selecting the appropriate layout<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The first and most important step in kitchen design is to choose the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/the-most-popular-kitchen-layouts-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the most ideal layout<\/a>. If <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kitchen design expert<\/a> If you\u2019re seeking their advice, be sure to take the floor plan of the room with you. Built-in kitchen appliances<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A messy kitchen never looks good, but in a small space it\u2019s even more important to ensure that nothing is left lying around permanently. Nowadays, there are countless options for achieving this; it is not uncommon for the microwave, fridge, oven, bin, dishwasher and so on to be built into the kitchen units.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2569\" src=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/konyhabutor_ar_0024-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are now clever ways to hide assets stored in the worksheet from the database.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3229\" src=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Mobilan-blog-k\u00e9pek-v\u00e1g\u00e1sa-57-300x157.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009b77;\">#3. Open shelves<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Open shelving is very popular these days. There are certainly arguments in its favour. One is that if every wall in a small space is crammed full of closed cupboards, it creates a very oppressive atmosphere. It\u2019s worth breaking this up with the odd open shelf or <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/types-of-glass-fronted-kitchen-cupboards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kitchen cupboards with glass doors<\/a> with its installation. However, we do not recommend replacing the entire top row of cupboards with open shelves at all. One reason is that items placed on open shelves can create a cluttered impression, or there may be a lot of items that are better kept out of sight behind closed cupboards. Another is that items on open shelves gather dust very quickly, which means we\u2019re left with a daily cleaning chore.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3665\" src=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/The-7-Best-White-Paint-Colors-for-Kitchen-Cabinets-768x1024-225x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009b77;\">#4. Sometimes less is more<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If the room is small, we need to think very carefully about what sort of <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/how-to-choose-the-right-kitchen-appliances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kitchen utensils<\/a> what we really need. Let\u2019s draw up a list of our wishes and indicate which ones we would use on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Based on this, it will be easier to decide what we should do without. Smaller kitchen appliances are now available, and it\u2019s worth considering buying these. However, there are some areas where it\u2019s not worth compromising. For a family with several members, for example, a smaller fridge is more likely to cause daily frustration than to bring the joy of saving space.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #009b77;\">#5. Aesthetic tricks<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Once we\u2019ve dealt with the points mentioned above, we can move on to solutions that make the space appear larger. It\u2019s worth <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/why-choose-white-kitchen-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">use light colours<\/a>, as these reflect light and open up the space, making it appear larger. The <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/how-to-plan-the-lighting-in-the-kitchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lighting design<\/a> It is also worth investing time and energy in this. The atmosphere of a room is fundamentally influenced by the appropriate use of natural and artificial light sources. If possible, we can even open up the space by <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilan-konyhabutor.hu\/en\/thats-why-we-love-open-plan-kitchens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">open-plan kitchen<\/a> We can also build one.
